Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi Anime Casts Manaka Iwami as Chibi

The official website for the television anime of writer Midori Yūma and illustrator Laruha’s Kakuriyo Yadomeshi (Afterlife Inn Cooking) light novel revealed on Wednesday that Manaka Iwami (Tsuki ga Kirei’s Aira Miyamoto, New Game!!’s Hotaru Hoshikawa, Children of the Whales’ Lycos) plays the kappa (water spirit) character Chibi in the anime. In addition, the character appears in a series of photos that the official Twitter account is posting under the #チビさんぽ (“Chibisanpo” or “Chibi taking a stroll”) hashtag. The account posted the first of these photos on Wednesday.
