Broccoli, Shueisha Partner to Develop Multimedia Project with Planned Anime, Game Adaptations
Media company Broccoli announced on Thursday that it is developing three new projects aimed at women, including one that is a partnership with Shueisha.
Broccoli and Shueisha are partnering to jointly develop a new multimedia project with plans for an anime, consumer game, and app. Happinet is also involved in the planning for the project.
The second project is the crossover project Classic Stars, which Broccoli announced on March 15. Japanese composer Noriyasu Agematsu is in charge of the project’s original planning. ARIA Entertainment’s cross-media division’s new brand UNISON and King Records are also involved in the project.
The third project is a joint project with Happinet that will start with an app. The two companies will reveal the project officially this fall.
